From the very beginning, I was assisted by Mr. Mateusz, who was the sales representative handling my case. In our initial conversations, he encouraged me to purchase the car online. Honestly, I couldn’t imagine that people actually buy cars this way! But Mr. Mateusz, with his calm and professional approach, managed to show me that buying a car online can be completely safe and reliable—even without having seen the car in person.
The level of professionalism throughout the process was exceptional. I have absolutely no complaints from the beginning to the end of the purchase.
As for the car itself—an Audi e-tron 55—it’s fantastic and in excellent condition, just as described in the detailed report they had sent me beforehand.
